A Daily Ritual for Radiance

I’m going to be super honest with you, I don’t have this elaborate skin care routine as I feel you really don’t need something so expensive. We have everything we need at the palm of our hands and even in our kitchen. Everyone should have a home care routine.

Here’s what I recommend. Many people ask me all the time, what is your skin care routine? It’s super simple.

Morning:
Each morning begins with the simple act of cleansing. Choose a gentle cleanser that respects your skin’s natural balance. This step is not just about removing impurities, but also about preparing your skin to absorb the nourishing ingredients that follow.

Follow up with a moisturizer that suits your skin type. Whether you have dry, oily, or combination skin, there’s a formula out there that’s perfect for you. I use coconut oil in a couple of drops of frankincense oil. I mix it together and just place it on my skin.

Evening:
In the evening, I normally wash my face with a naturium facial wash or fragrance free soap. If there’s any make up left over after my evening shower, I take a cotton pad with some coconut oil and remove the rest of my make up.

I then apply castor oil all over my face and my neck. Sometimes I will apply any essential oil just for fragrance. Castor oil is amazing for under eye bags, any wrinkles, or maybe sagging of the skin. No, it does not grease up the pillow.

Weekly Treats

Exfoliation: Once or twice a week, gently exfoliate to remove dead skin cells. This step enhances your skin’s ability to absorb products and maintains a smooth, luminous surface.

Mask Magic: Indulge in a face mask once a week. Whether it’s hydrating, purifying, or brightening, a mask is not just skin care; it’s self-care.

Remember, Your Skin is Unique

Your skin is as individual as you are. Listen to it. What works for others may not work for you, and that’s okay. Experiment, explore, and find the routine that makes your skin feel its best.
