First, I want you to know that your satisfaction is what matters most to my team and I.
Any and all purchases made from us (including all related website properties and live event on-site purchases) are covered by our general return & refund policies, unless otherwise stated.
Paperback and Hardcover Books
All paperback and hardcover books sales are final. As a small business, we rely on a third party service to print, package, and ship our books—mistakes may happen. If you receive a book in less-than-perfect condition, we request you provide the following:
- your order number
- a brief description of the problem
- clear photos illustrating the issue
- your preference for a replacement or a refund

Digital Download Products and Online & Live Events
All digital and downloadable products , including eBooks, audiobooks, digital workbooks, are final. We do not offer digital product refunds, once a download/digital access has been assigned to you there is nothing we can retrieve back.
If you have any problems accessing the digital content you have purchased, please contact us at orders@iamsimplyj.com, so we can resolve the issue. Purchase of our digital products or online teachings does not grant rights to the buyer to share, reproduce or resell the product in any way.
If you do not receive access to your digital product after purchase, it is incumbent upon you to email orders@iamsimplyj.com to inform us that you have not received your digital item. If you have not sent an email to notify us that you have not received your digital product and the email was delivered to your email address, the digital assets are deemed fully delivered.
Please be advised that any and all agreements for downloadable/digital products are NOT subject to cancellation, refund, or store credit. Digital product purchases do not grant rights to the buyer to share, reproduce or resell the product in any way.
General Return Policy
Our standard return policy covers returns of most products in new or "like-new" condition up to 30 days after delivery. We'll handle your issue on a case-by-case basis to make it right. To expedite your request, please include the following when you contact us:
- your order number
- a brief description of the problem
- clear photos illustrating the issue
- your preference for a replacement or a refund
To start a return, you can contact us at orders@iamsimplyj.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. In the event that you have thrown away your original packaging, please note that we are unable to provide additional return packaging.

Defective or Damaged Items
If we have made a mistake, we'll take care of it. If you received a defective or damaged product, please let us know as soon as possible so we can make it right.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 5 business days. Please remember it can take up to 10 business days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at orders@iamsimplyj.com.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Gift Cards are non-refundable.
Gift Cards and Coupon Codes
Offers/Coupons cannot be used in conjunction with each other unless otherwise stated. Coupons are only valid during the advertised promotion period. Prices are subject to change without notice.
If you have received a coupon code for merchandise from us or any of our affiliates, the coupon code is only good for a single use. Gift cards are good up to the value on the card. Any physical items purchased are in accordance with the refund policy and digital products are nonrefundable and not eligible for exchange or store credit.
