I am currently in the process of completing my certification in the field of Naturopathy. After Graduating With my masters in marriage and family therapy, I decided to embark on this new journey. My passion for natural health and wellness isn't just a profession; it's a personal journey.

I'm a wife, mother of 4, pastor, coach and author. God is the center of my life and family. Leading The Linked Church in Oklahoma City with my husband, I've navigated the complexities of marriage, faith, and community. Life has thrown its challenges, but through each, I've learned how to battle and come up stronger.
