I am a Certified Natural Health Professional, and currently seeking my certification in becoming a Certified Blood Analyst. I have a passion for Mind, Body and Spirit healing. After graduating with my master's in Marriage and Family Therapy, I decided to embark on this new journey of all around healing. My passion for natural health and wellness isn't just a profession; it's a personal journey.

I'm a wife, mother of 4, pastor, coach and author. God is the center of my life and family. Leading The Linked Church in Oklahoma City with my husband, I've navigated the complexities of marriage, faith, and community.
