Surprise! Now you know, the trial was a set up for the promise. No one ever wants the trial, but we all want the promise. Those who understand, know It is not easy. We hear it all the time, and it sounds so cliché. Wait on the promise, it’s right here! We hear it over and over. Imagine waiting, and not seeing much movement. The questions start coming… God are you there?
I remember I was a little girl and I had a book literally titled, God are you there? I didn’t understand it at the time it was a little girl journaling, and just asking questions. Now I understand. The silence, feels so lonely. It feels, so cold. We just sit and wait upon the warmth to enter the room… And suddenly, we know. Hey! You were there all along!
Proverbs 3:5-6
Trust in the LORD with all your heart and lean not on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make your paths straight.
Trust God! It’s a process, but the word will always lead us back to Faith and Trust. We know that He is there! We know that He will come through! He is not a God that will sit back. I truly believe for many of us He doesn’t just sit on the throne, but He stands on our behalf! I don’t know what you’re going through today, but what I do know is that we have to trust!
What if this trial is setting you up for a MEGA promise? CONSIDER IT DONE! Take a moment to write down what you would love to see God do in your life. Make sure, as you’re writing, it aligns with His word. Allow it to GLORIFY HIM. He wants to give to you, your hearts desire. His promises are YES and AMEN. Just wait and see!
