2026 is here!

As we step into 2026, I don’t feel the urgency to rush like years past.

I don’t sense God saying do more—I sense Him saying come closer.

This year doesn’t feel loud.

It feels intentional.

It feels like alignment.

For so long, many of us have lived in survival mode—pushing, proving, producing. Even in faith, we can unknowingly strive, trying to earn peace, clarity, or validation that was never meant to be earned in the first place.

But 2026 feels different.

It feels like a year where God is gently removing the pressure and asking us to walk in rhythm with Him instead of running ahead of Him.

“In all your ways acknowledge Him, and He shall direct your paths.”

Proverbs 3:6

I know the Lord spoke HARVEST!

That’s exactly what I am expecting this year, and it has already begun.

When we talk about the harvest, many imagine sudden blessings, answered prayers, and visible breakthroughs. And while God can move suddenly, harvest is rarely instant.

Harvest is the result of:

  • unseen obedience
  • quiet repentance
  • consistent faith
  • tears sown in secret
  • prayers whispered when no one was watching

The truth is—most of the harvest was prepared long before you ever saw fruit.

“Do not be deceived: God is not mocked. For whatever one sows, that will he also reap.”

Galatians 6:7

If you’re standing in harvest now, understand this:

what you’re receiving is connected to what you refused to abandon.

Not Every Seed Was Visible

Some of the seeds you planted didn’t look spiritual.

  • choosing peace instead of retaliation
  • staying when it would’ve been easier to quit
  • forgiving without an apology
  • trusting God when provision didn’t make sense
  • rebuilding when you were tired

Those were seeds.

And now, God is saying: “It’s time.”

Harvest Requires Readiness

Here’s the part we don’t always talk about—harvest requires capacity.

You prayed for increase.

But increase requires stewardship.

You prayed for restoration.

But restoration requires humility.

You prayed for abundance.

But abundance requires wisdom.

God does not release harvest to overwhelm you—He releases it when you are ready to carry it without losing Him.

“Much fruit” only comes from abiding (John 15).

The Harvest Will Look Different Than You Expected

Some are waiting for harvest in the form of what they lost.

But God is releasing harvest in the form of what you became.

Wisdom.

Discernment.

Stability.

Peace.

And from that place, everything else begins to grow.

Don’t despise this kind of harvest—it lasts.

A Word for Those Still Waiting

If you feel like you’re still in the field, still tending soil, still trusting—hear this:

Delay is not denial.

Silence is not absence.

Waiting is not punishment.

The same God who commands the harvest also governs the timing.

“There is a time for everything, and a season for every activity under the heavens.”

Ecclesiastes 3:1
