Be Still And Know…

I recently delivered a message at one of our biggest conferences of the year. Warrior Cry Women’s Conference in Oklahoma City. I am most grateful when God uses me. The message was pertaining to “The Great Exchange” I spoke on how God wants us to be still not stuck.

The word of God says “Be still, and know that I am God" Psalm 46:10.

When we are still, we allow God to make the moves.  Sometimes control can take over, and we can’t wait on God, because we feel we can do it quicker! We have to understand He knows best. We run ahead of God, I am guilty and then I find myself right back where I started.

The Great Exchange consisted of an activity, we all wrote down what has kept us behind the veil from moving forward? Why haven’t many reached goals? What has invited Delay to remain? The ladies then came up to a basket near a large mirror, they all had the opportunity to exchange there papers for one that was already pre written out for them with a message just for them. (Ex; You exist because God chose you, You are loved more than you know, I’m so glad you were born for such a time as this etc)

The ladies had to look in the mirror and say out loud to themselves what was on that card. So many tears, so much joy, so much freedom took place. Today my question is, what will you exchange? Living in the past is not an option anymore. We must look forward. God calls you to be still in Him, not stagnant.

Look in the mirror, go ahead…
