Have you ever been so afraid in where your body literally becomes paralyzed? You feel you can’t move? You can’t breathe? You feel a sense of loss, and loneliness? You want to call out, but it seems like you have been muzzled?
These are the moments you take control and command fear to go. It is a feeling outside of you, that has now become a part of you. I always talk about the three part being. MIND, BODY AND SPIRIT. Immediately, when this feeling comes, you have to take control of it Spiritually first!
You begin by commanding the spirit of Fear, To leave your presence. You will be surprised how quickly things change. Jesus commanded the atmosphere.
The Bible verse that says "Greater things we will do" (John 14:12) is something we need to apply to our lives and believe it. Yet, when fear hits us, we become spiritually paralyzed. Take control. “Fear I command you to go now in the name of Jesus!” After you have dealt with it spiritually, deal with it mentally and then physically.
What are you holding onto that is triggering you, to sense these emotions ? What is triggering you to feel this? Is it someone? Is it a thought? Is it a smell once you identify, you can now deal with that and release. What is holding you back? After you have dealt with it mentally, you can now see the physical part, am I deficient in something? How can I tell? What are other symptoms I am feeling? If you have not had any lab work done, maybe your body is telling you it’s time.
Learning not to ignore is the first step. Don’t be afraid to deal with the issue at hand. Fear is meant to intimidate you, take control.
