Focusing on me? What does that even look like?

Focusing on ourselves as women is not easy! We put our spouses first, children, jobs, ministries etc… when do we have time for ourselves? When troubles come, we focus on fixing it. When chaos hits our marriage, we focus on our spouses. 

Yes, it’s ok to do so, but! When that is your soul focus now you are in trouble, we lose ourselves in them. Now we idolize the problem instead of going directly to God.
