Hidden

God hides us under the shadows of His wings. He embraces us with His grace and love and surrounds us with a supernatural peace.

I have never fully understood the concept of people wanting to be in the forefront and be seen at all times, with the attention being fully on them. The deeper I am hidden the safer I feel, now I understand that is not for everyone, somehow the Lord surrounds me with extroverts. I thank God for extroverts, as they tend to draw me out of my comfort zone. It is OK to be hidden and away, but I truly believe in seasons.

Although the Lord may be hiding you, and protecting you. I truly believe that the Lord also draws us out of our shell to accomplish His will. I have understood the assignment over my life, and if I were constantly hidden, then I would be accomplishing nothing. God is not a God of comfort, only when we come to him. He is our refuge. He will hide you for a season, and shine a light in another.

You have been hidden for a short while, and I don’t know if it is the season of hiding for you or if it is the season of drawing out. Whatever it may be, trust in the Lord in this time.

Hebrews 4:13: "And no creature is hidden from His sight, but all are naked and exposed to the eyes of Him to whom we must give account.”
