Discernment is a beautiful gift,God gives us. Discernment covers us, protects us, and keeps us grounded. What happened to following the voice of Jesus, not man. We here a good word and we follow preachers, prophets, teachers etc… but, what happened to JESUS?
Matthew 10:27
My sheep hear my voice, and I know them, and they follow me
Remember when there was a time you were sharp in the spirit? You knew false from real? When something was off you cut it at the root. What happened? God is sharpening many of us, He is heightening our gifts, we can’t afford to confuse the voice of the enemy, with God! There are so many counterfeits! We are missing it.
If we are not in our word, if we are not praying nor implementing fasting, how can we be in tune with Jesus? God needs our attention more now than ever before. He wants us ready! He wants us bold! The enemy has turned the church into a circus. People come, see, receive and leave enslaved to idolizing the speaker of the day.
My heart is heavy for the church. How many times have we missed it? Where are you? Are you in your word? Are you busy listening to preachers on YouTube and less in your word? When was the last time you sat down and studied scripture? Prayed? Fasted? We need to get back there again.
Discernment allows you to distinguish right from wrong. It allows you to see, feel, hear, taste and touch in the spirit. We have to get back to using our discernment. God still speaks, many will come in the name of the Lord, but not many come serving the Lord. May you have eyes to see and ears to hear.
Matthew 7:21-23
21 "Not everyone who says to Me, 'Lord, Lord,' shall enter the kingdom of heaven, but he who does the will of My Father in heaven. 22 Many will say to Me in that day, 'Lord, Lord, have we not prophesied in Your name, cast out demons in Your name, and done many wonders in Your name?' 23 And then I will declare to them, 'I never knew you; depart from Me, you who practice lawlessness!'
