Healing looks so different. I remember the Lords words “You are angry with me” it wasn’t a question it was a statement.
These words were not for me, it was to give to someone else “God knows you are angry with him and He is gracious with you. He understands and His heart is broken to.”
When things happen to us we feel a loss in the depth of our inner being. God why? You have all the power and authority to do what you please, why? He has the answer, you are looking for. He responds in different ways. Visions, dreams, people etc… we have to listen. God saves us from greater evil, and when we go through things we feel like that’s the evil part, but no. He saved you from something greater happening.
We may look at our situation and say “this has to be the greater” but, it’s not. It’s ok to be angry, the Bible tells us do not sin in your anger. It’s ok to grieve, it’s ok to ask God, why? He truly does understand our questions, do you truly believe it does not grieve His heart when you are suffering? He cries with you. He rejoices with you, He smiles with you, He grieves with you.
Give it to Him. It’s ok. He understands. The moments we have done wrong and He had to turn His face because it grieved Him too, He never stopped loving you. Don’t stop loving Him. Don’t stop chasing Him. He longs to hear from you again.
Ephesians 4:26, “Be angry, and do not sin”
I say to God my Rock, “Why have you forgotten me? Why must I go about mourning, oppressed by the enemy?” My bones suffer mortal agony as my foes taunt me, saying to me all day long, “Where is your God?” Why, my soul, are you downcast? Why so disturbed within me? Put your hope in God, for I will yet praise him, my Savior and my God. (Psalm 42:9-11)
