Your heart will heal…

I am big on declarations. The title to this block is your heart will heal in other words. This is a declaration. You can say over yourself. “ My heart will heal” Your body is very much a lie. Every cell in your body is a lie. It is important to speak life into your body, the Bible says we can speak Life or death, it is in the power of our tongue.

Proverbs 18:21

We live in such a negative world, it is almost 2nd nature to speak at all times. Either we hear a negative doctors report, a negative story that takes place, perhaps with one of your friends. A situation that you may have had to live through and where it was very hard to see the positive. We are all guilty of it.

At some point or another many of us have sensed a broken heart, there are moments our expectations are so high and we literally can break our own hearts. We place expectations on humans and that is a major flaw for anyone. Think about it, can you live up to your own expectations? This is a hard lesson I have had to learn. Expectations Will fail you. You will end up with a broken heart. We have to learn how to guard our hearts. You can do this through working on your expectations and others.

A broken heart doesn’t come from strangers, it comes from people you have given your heart to. Like betrayal, it doesn’t come from strangers. I’m here to tell you that you can heal from any hurt that you have gone through, you can heal from grief, sadness, anxiousness, bitterness, etc. Gods touch is a supernatural touch. Often times we are looking to humans to fulfill our needs, to bring restoration to us. We cannot fit people in the job that only God can do.

Your heart can heal. I promise. Go to Jesus. May sound cliche, but try it. Throw on some worship and get the book of psalms out and read, worship and pray.
