I saw an image this morning, and it was the hands of God holding a gift. The Lord has something for all of us, the ones who embed themselves in his word, the ones who pray, fast, worship, etc. the Lord has something for you. No one is perfect, but we have to strive and do our best to show the Lord that we are willing and able to handle the gifts that he has for us.
It is so important that we keep God at the forefront. The Lord truly knows you and he knows that we all fall short. I believe Paul said it best I do the things that I shouldn’t do, and what I should do I don’t do. (Romans 7:19-25) For the good that I want to do, I do not do, but I practice the very evil that I do not want. But if I am doing the very thing I do not want to do, I am no longer the one doing it [that is, it is not me that acts], but the sin [nature] which lives in me.
What you do with your time matters. Getting close to God should be our ultimate goal, it’s when you have a close relationship with the Lord and where you will see more in the spirit, and less than the natural. Create a regimen, desire to seek God more. If you want what God has for you (Gifts) You have to SEEK him, Stop treating him like a SUGARDADDY. God honors your REVERENCE. This is something we have shied away from. Honor him with your GIFTS and He will give you more because He knows that you can STEWARD the little.
IT’S TIME TO ACTIVATE AND STOP MAKING EXCUSES. If, you want the gifts, you have to seek Him and build a closer relationship.
